Le'Bryan Nash had 19 points, Markel Brown scored 14 and the 24th-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys posted a 91-63 victory over the Central Arkansas Bears.
Phil Forte supplied 12 points for the Cowboys (8-1), while Michael Cobbins scored 10 and matched Brown with eight rebounds. Marcus Smart ended with 10 points and dished out seven assists in Oklahoma State's third straight win.
Jordan Harks paced Central Arkansas (4-4) with 16 points. Jarvis Garner and Robert Crawford contributed 14 and 11 points, respectively.
"We knew we were going to be in for a tough matchup tonight," Central Arkansas coach Corliss Williamson said. "I'm proud of our guys' effort, coming out tonight, not being scared and trying to compete early on in the game."
The Bears jumped out to a 22-11 lead eight minutes into the game, but the Cowboys rallied with a 13-0 run to seize a lead they never relinquished.
Oklahoma State shot 48.4 percent in the first half and owned a 42-30 advantage at the break.
"In the first half, they kind of hit us in the mouth. We had to respond quickly and get back in to the game before it was over," said Brown.
Central Arkansas was limited to 31.6 percent shooting in the second half while falling behind by as many as 31.

The Cowboys held a 53-35 rebounding edge, with Philip Jurick grabbing nine ... Oklahoma State won 69-57 in its only previous meeting with Central Arkansas on Dec. 1, 2010.
