Philadelphia Eagles tight end Brent Celek has been ruled out for Thursday's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals because of a concussion.

Celek suffered the concussion on the first play the Eagles' 23-20 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Back up tight end Clay Harbor, who caught a touchdown pass on Sunday, will start in Celek's place.

Quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy both passed the baseline ImPACT test for concussions and are cleared to return to practice. Vick, however, was sent home from Monday's walkthrough because of an illness not related to the concussion.

Vick hasn't played since exiting from Philadelphia's 38-28 loss to the Dallas Cowboys and McCoy hasn't seen action since suffering a concussion in the fourth quarter of the Eagles' 31-6 loss to the Washington Redskins.

Eagles defensive tackle Mike Patterson has also been ruled of Thursday's contest after he was hospitalized with viral pneumonia last week. Patterson did not make the trip to Tampa, but has since been released from the hospital.
