Quarterback Jake Locker is in the starting lineup for the Tennessee Titans as expected against the Miami Dolphins for his first game in more than a month.

Titans coach Mike Munchak said Friday that Locker was ready to go barring an unexpected development.

Among others active for the Titans on Sunday are linebackers Patrick Bailey (ribs) and Colin McCarthy (right ankle), receiver Kendall Wright (elbow) and cornerback Tommie Campbell (left ankle). All had been questionable. Offensive tackle Byron Stingily (back) and third-string quarterback Rusty Smith are inactive.

Dolphins reserve defensive tackle Tony McDaniel is active. He had been listed as questionable with a knee injury. Reserve tight end Jeron Mastrud (hamstring) is inactive.
