Davion Berry scored 17 points to lead seven Wildcats in double figures, and hot-shooting Weber State rolled past Arizona Christian 110-52 on Friday night in the season opener for both teams.

Joel Bolomboy added 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Wildcats, who got most of their roster involved in the scoring against Arizona Christian, an NAIA school. Jordan Richardson had 15 points, while Frank Otis had 13 points and 10 rebounds. Weber State shot 64 percent from the field, including 70 percent in the second half, and made 13 of its 25 3-point attempts.

The Wildcats never trailed, started the game on an 18-4 run and headed into halftime with a 55-23 lead. They kept pouring it on after the break, and the final score matched their biggest lead.

Mason Jones scored 13 points, including three 3-pointers, to lead the Firestorm, who shot 27 percent from the field.
