Highly-touted freshman Isaiah Austin came out of his college debut for 19th-ranked Baylor early Friday after he apparently stepped on somebody else's foot following a basket.

While sitting on the court after he made a turnaround jumper, the 7-foot-1 center pulled his goggles off his head and pulled his jersey over his face. The crowd got silent as trainers looked at his right leg before he was helped off the floor. He was trying not to put any weight on his foot.

A tweet from the Baylor basketball program's official account a few minutes later said Austin was done for the game with an ankle sprain. The full extent of the injury wasn't immediately known. He got hurt with about 16 minutes left in the season opener against Lehigh.

Austin had 22 points on 10-of-12 shooting, including three dunks and two 3-pointers, while playing 17 minutes.
