The Indianapolis Colts will be without three defensive starters for Thursday's clash with the Jacksonville Jaguars, with outside linebacker Robert Mathis and cornerbacks Vontae Davis and Jerraud Powers all deactivated.

Mathis, who leads the Colts with six sacks, was held out after hurting his back in Sunday's win over Miami. Powers also left that contest with a toe injury, while Davis will miss a second straight game with a sprained knee.

Also out for Indianapolis are rookie tight end Coby Fleener and offensive tackle Winston Justice. Fleener separated his shoulder in Indianapolis' Week 8 victory at Tennessee, while Justice is battling a knee injury.

Running back Donald Brown, listed as questionable with a sore knee, is active for Thursday's tilt.

The Jaguars will be without 2011 NFL rushing champion Maurice Jones-Drew, who was ruled out earlier in the week with a sprained left foot that's kept him out of the club's last two outings.

Cornerback Rashean Mathis (groin), safety Dwight Lowery (ankle) and fullback Greg Jones (hip) are also inactive for Jacksonville, with Mathis set to miss a third straight game.
