Zach Lewis threw for 339 yards and five touchdowns, and Morehead State scored 35 points in the second half to pummel Campbell 70-28 on Saturday.

Backup Boone Goldsmith was 3-of-3 passing for 122 yards and a touchdown.

Morehead State's 70 points were its most against a Division I opponent since the 2000 season (a 73-10 win over Austin Peay). The Eagles' 700 total yards, 469 passing yards and 231 rushing yards were season highs.

Donte Sawyer, who holds Morehead State's career records for receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, set the school standard for career receptions Saturday. He has 171 catches for 2,091 yards and 21 touchdowns.

Twelve receivers caught at least one pass, led by Sawyer and Blake Stanley (two TD receptions) with six each for the Eagles (2-6, 1-4 Pioneer League).

The Eagles held the Camels (1-7, 0-5) to 321 yards of offense.
