Lakers sign forward Douglas-Roberts

El Segundo, CA – The Los Angeles Lakers announced the signing of forward Chris Douglas-Roberts on Monday.

The former second-round draft pick spent last season playing for Virtus Bologna of the Italian League, where he appeared in 34 games and averaged 12.3 points and 3.0 rebounds per contest.

Originally drafted by the New Jersey Nets in 2008, Douglas-Roberts spent the 2010-11 campaign with the Milwaukee Bucks. In three seasons, he has averaged 7.7 points and 2.2 rebounds per game.
