Lake Forest, IL – Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte has been officially listed as questionable for Monday's game at Dallas after putting in a third straight limited practice on Saturday.
Forte is recovering from a right ankle sprain the 2011 Pro Bowl selection sustained in Chicago's 23-10 Week 2 loss at Green Bay on Sept. 13 and was not active for the Bears' 23-6 victory over St. Louis this past Sunday.
He was able to participate in each of this week's practice sessions, however, and is tentatively believed to be available for Monday's matchup.
Michael Bush started in Forte's place against the Rams and amassed 55 rushing yards and a touchdown on 18 carries.
Wide receiver Earl Bennett is also questionable for Chicago due to an injured hand, while rookie tight end Evan Rodriguez was ruled out with a knee sprain.
The Cowboys will be entering Monday's tilt without starting nose tackle Jay Ratliff, with the four-time Pro Bowl honoree to miss a fourth consecutive game due to an ankle sprain. Center Phil Costa (back) and defensive end Kenyon Coleman (knee) are also out for Dallas, while punter Chris Jones is listed as doubtful after hurting his left knee in last week's 16-10 win over Tampa Bay.
Dallas signed veteran punter Brian Moorman, released by Buffalo earlier in the week, on Wednesday.
Elsewhere for the Cowboys, safety Gerald Sensabaugh is probable for Monday's game after missing last week's outing with a strained calf. Outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware and wide receiver Miles Austin were also on the team's injury report with hamstring issues, but both are slated to play as well.
Outside linebacker Anthony Spencer is considered a game-time decision, however, with a shoulder problem.
