Eagles CB Asomugha carted off field

Bethlehem, PA – Eagles cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha was carted off the field after colliding with safety Nate Allen during Monday's practice.

Asomugha was on the ground for several minutes before walking to a cart under his own power.

Following practice, it was announced that Asomugha has a lacerated lip and a sore neck. He is also being evaluated for a concussion.

Asomugha suffered a concussion during a Week 13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks last season.
