That's a Shawn Kemp Sonics jersey from after the logo redesign. Why he's wearing it to a game featuring Team USA and Australia is beyond me. Shawn Kemp doesn't play basketball anymore, sir. And the Sonics aren't the Sonics anymore (RIP).

Then again, there's nothing more American than Shawn Kemp dunking over people in his prime. So U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!
