Brazilians Juliana and Larissa won the women's beach volleyball bronze medal match Wednesday night over China's Xue Chen and Zhang Xi.
The Brazilians came from one set down to win their country's 10th Olympic beach volleyball medal 11-21, 21-19, 15-12.
Larissa's ace and a Juliana block helped them stave off a two-set loss to Xue and Zhang.
Later, Zhang hit a spike long to set up match point for the Brazilians -- which the Chinese saved.
But Larissa won the next point on a spike, her hat falling off just as she jumped to make contact on the winner.
The match was a prelude to the all-American final between two-time reigning Olympic champions Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings and Jennifer Kessy and April Ross.
