Hello, and welcome to Day 3 at the 2012 Summer Olympics!

With only 12 medals on the line, Monday is one of the quieter days in London, but of course that is a relative term. The must-see event of the day will likely be the team final in men's gymnastics, where Team USA is not only expected to medal, but could come away with the country's first gold in the competition since 1984 in Los Angeles.

Elsewhere, Ryan Lochte goes for gold in the pool, Team USA women's basketball take the court and everyone's favorite beach volleyball duo is back in action.

Here's a complete TV schedule for Monday, and as always, NBC Live Extra is your online streaming buddy.

What To Watch at the Olympics, Monday, July 30:

Equestrian - Individual and Team Eventing (Cross Country), 8:15 a.m. ET, NBC Sports Network

Start your Monday mornings by seeing how the other half lives!

Men's Gymnastics - Team Final, 11:30 a.m. ET, LIVE streaming online

The first gymnastics medal of the London Games is up for grabs Monday morning in the men's team final. Led by John Orozco, Jonathan Horton and Danell Leyva, Team USA will not only be looking to medal, but will be aiming for a gold. They'll face tough competition from China and Japan, the defending gold- and silver-medal winners. The event will be tape-delayed for NBC's primetime coverage, but here's the online stream to watch it live.

Women's Volleyball - Team USA vs. Brazil, 11:45 a.m. ET, NBC

The United States, the No. 1 team in the FIVB rankings as of July 9, takes on Brazil, the No. 2 team. Not bad for a preliminary round match.

Women's Basketball - Team USA vs. Angola, 5:15 p.m. ET, NBC Sports Network

The United States women's basketball team continues its quest for yet another gold medal Monday night when they face Angola, a country with which USA has no Olympic history.

Women's Beach Volleyball - Misty May-Treanor / Kerri Walsh Jennings, 6 p.m. ET, NBC

Misty and Kerri, two-time defending Olympic gold medalists, are back in action, taking on Marketa Slukova and Kristyna Kolocova from the Czech Republic in the preliminary round.

Swimming - Men's 200m Free finals, 2:43 p.m., LIVE streaming online

NBC will air some of the morning swims at 10 a.m. ET, which means you should see (tape-delayed) the heats for the women's 200m free and 200m IM. In the afternoon session (live online, tape-delayed to NBC primetime), the marquee event is the men's 200m free finals, which will include Ryan Lochte swimming for another gold as he seeks a bit of redemption after Sunday's 4x100m Free Relay. There will also be finals in women's 100m back (2:51 p.m. ET), men's 100m back (2:58 p.m.) and women's 100m breast (3:15 p.m.). Additionally, the late events include Michael Phelps in the 200m fly semifinals, set to start at 3:32 p.m.
