With the start of the 2012 Summer Olympics on Saturday, the highlight of the day should be the day of swimming. While swimming kicks off with the Men's 400m IM qualification, there will also be four medaling events on the day.

The four events where a medal will be rewarded include the Men's 400m IM, Men's 400m freestyle, Women's 400m IM, and the Women's 4x100m Freestyle.

The schedule of the day's swimming events are below:

5:52a Men's 400m Freestyle - Heats
6:17a Women's 400m IM - Qualification
6:53a Men's 100m Breaststroke - Heats
7:11a Women's 4x100m Freestyle - Qualification
2:30p Men's 400m IM - Final (Medal)
2:40p Women's 100m Butterfly - Semifinals
2:49p Men's 400m Freestyle - Final (Medal)
3:09p Women's 400m IM - Final (Medal)
3:30p Men's 100m Breaststroke - Semifinals
3:40p Women's 4x100m Freestyle - Final (Medal)
