Edmonton, AB – The Edmonton Oilers signed center Sam Gagner to a one-year deal worth $3.2 million.
Gagner, who will turn 23 before the start of the season, scored a career-high 18 goals and recorded 47 points last season highlighted by a four-goal, four- assist effort against the Blackhawks on February 2.
The five-year veteran has scored 77 goals and tallied 220 points with Edmonton.
