Zlatan Ibrahimovic agreed to a deal to join PSG on Tuesday, and will complete his transfer from AC Milan on Wednesday.
PSG has announced a news conference for Wednesday, when it will unveil the 30- year-old Ibrahimovic as the latest part of its multi-million dollar makeover.
"We've reached agreement, the deal is done: Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of our players, he'll write history for Paris Saint-Germain," PSG sporting director Leonardo told Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Ibrahimovic will make the switch for a reported fee of $20-25 million. He will follow former Milan teammate Thiago Silva, who made a $50 million switch over the weekend, to the Ligue 1 club.
Ezequiel Lavezzi previously signed with PSG from Napoli.
That trio will cost PSG about $120 million in transfer fees. PSG spent well over $100 million on transfers last year as well.
Ibrahimovic will undergo a physical Wednesday morning and then sign a contract with PSG. One of the most prolific strikers in the world, he has also played for Barcelona, Inter Milan and Juventus, among others.
