Thaworn Wiratchant became the winningest player in Asian Tour history on Saturday when he captured the Selangor Masters.

Wiratchant finished at 16-under 272 to earn his 14th Asian Tour title, which is a new record. In June, he matched the record with win No. 13 at The Queens Cup, but now the history book shows Wiratchant as the player with the most titles.

"The first time I joined the Asian Tour, I couldn't make the cut. I never thought I would come this far," said Wiratchant. "After I won my first title (1996 Sabah Masters), I thought I could win more and I kept practicing more and more to make myself better."

Gaganjeet Bhullar posted a 6-under 66 on Saturday and finished second at minus-13.

Siddikur (66), Michael Tran (68) and Javi Colombo (67) shared third at 12- under par.
