Bryce Easton carded a four-under 68 on Friday to earn the victory at the Vodacom Origins of Golf.

Easton finished the tournament at 16-under-par 200 and recorded a three-stroke victory, his second Sunshine Tour title this season. He also took the win at the Sun City Challenge in late May.

Doug McGuigan had been tied with Easton for first heading into the final round, but managed just a one-under 71 on Friday at Zebula Country Club. He took second place at minus-13.

Dean Burmester (68) ended alone in third at 12-under, while Colin Nel (69) was fourth at minus-11.

Easton got off to a good start with birdies at two and three, which moved him to minus-14. He parred six in a row to get around the turn with the same score, then rolled in another birdie at 11. Easton bogeyed 14, but made up for it with a birdie at 16 and secured his victory with another birdie at the last.

McGuigan had initially stayed in contention by making a birdie at the second. But a double-bogey at five and a bogey at seven set him back, and he never recovered.
