The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim have placed catcher Bobby Wilson on the seven-day concussion disabled list.

Wilson left Monday's game against Seattle in the second inning after taking a foul tip off the mask. He is hitting .171 in 76 at-bats this season with no home runs and one RBI.

The Angels recalled Hank Conger to take Wilson's place. Conger is hitting .338 in 17 games with Triple-A Salt Lake this season. He also has two home runs and 11 RBI with the club.

Last season, the switch-hitter hit .209 for the Angels with six home runs in 177 at-bats.
