The Philadelphia Phillies activated pitcher Vance Worley from the 15-day disabled list Monday.
The 24-year-old right-hander made seven starts for the Phillies before landing on the DL May 12 with right elbow inflammation. He enters Monday's action with a record of 3-2, a 3.07 earned run average and 45 strikeouts.
Worley will start for the Phillies Monday night against Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
To make room for Worley, the Phillies optioned catcher Erik Kratz to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Kratz has appeared in four games for Philadelphia this season, recording one hit -- a solo home run.
