London, England – Werder Bremen winger Marko Marin will move to Chelsea this summer in a deal believed to be worth $11 million, it was announced on Saturday.
Both Chelsea and Bremen confirmed the deal for Marin, who has already passed a medical at Stamford Bridge and who will move to London after spending the past couple of seasons with Bremen.
The 23-year-old amassed 25 assists in 87 league appearances for Bremen since joining the club from Monchengladbach in 2009.
This season Marin has been limited to 21 league games because of injury but is expected to be a member of Germany's Euro 2012 squad.
