Knicks' Shumpert leaves Game 1

New York Knicks rookie guard Iman Shumpert left Saturday's Game 1 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals against Miami with an apparent knee injury.

While trying to make a crossover move in the third quarter, Shumpert's left knee appeared to buckle. He fell to the floor grabbing the knee, and was carried off the court by two trainers.

Shumpert injured his right knee in the Knicks' season opener, and he pulled out of the All-Star slam dunk contest with tendinitis in that knee.

The 17th overall pick in last year's draft, Shumpert averaged 9.5 points and 3.2 rebounds in 59 games -- 35 starts -- during the regular season.
