Woody Austin fired an eight-under 64 on Saturday to match Luke List atop the leaderboard after three rounds of the South Georgia Classic.
List shot a three-under 69, and he and Austin share first place at 12-under- par 204. The pair holds a two-stroke lead over Ben Briscoe (66) and Will MacKenzie (69), who are tied for third at 10-under 206.
Austin is a three-time champion on the PGA Tour, with his last victory coming at the 2007 St. Jude Championship. The 48-year-old has played a mixture of PGA and Nationwide Tour events in six starts this season, but has missed the cut four times. His best finish was a tie for fifth at the Louisiana Open, a Nationwide event last month.
List, the second-round leader, has never won on the Nationwide Tour, but has two top-10s this year.
Richard Scott (69), Robert Streb (69) and Brian Stuard (72) sit at minus-eight in a tie for fifth.
