White Sox sweep Mariners

Kosuke Fukudome knocked in the go-ahead run with a sacrifice fly as a part of a three-run sixth inning and the Chicago White Sox downed the Seattle Mariners, 7-4, to complete a sweep of a three- game set at Safeco Field.

Alex Rios went 3-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored, Fukudome had two RBI, while Alexei Ramirez and Adam Dunn both knocked in runs for the White Sox, who have won five straight against the Mariners and eight in a row in Seattle.

A day after Philip Humber tossed a perfect game, John Danks (2-2) was far from it, but he pitched well enough to earn the win with six solid innings. He gave up four runs on seven hits and four walks while striking out six. Hector Santiago picked up his fourth save of the season with a scoreless ninth.

Jesus Montero, Alex Liddi and Dustin Ackley drove home runs for the Mariners, who have lost four straight.

Kevin Millwood (0-1) yielded five runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out three in defeat.
