Shin inches up in Rolex rankings

Philadelphia, PA – Jiyai Shin inched up to seventh in a slow week for movement in the women's world rankings.

With no LPGA Tour or Ladies European Tour event, Shin's move up one spot, and Ai Miyazato's accommodating drop down one, was the only change in the top 20.

Yani Tseng kept her grip atop the rankings, followed by Na Yeon Choi, Suzann Pettersen, Cristie Kerr, I.K. Kim and Sun Ju Ahn. Shin and Miyazato were next, with Stacy Lewis and Paula Creamer rounding out the top 10.

Shanshan Feng, Brittany Lincicome, Amy Yang, Angela Stanford, Sun Young Yoo, Ji-Hee Lee, Chie Arimura, Catriona Matthew, Karrie Webb and Morgan Pressel remained in Nos. 11-20.
