Chicago, IL ( - Alec Martinez scored the winning goal at 5:47 of overtime as the Los Angeles Kings punched their ticket to the Stanley Cup Finals with a 5-4 win against the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 7 of the Western Conference finals on Sunday night. Justin Williams fought the puck into the Chicago end down the right wing and got it deep before picking it up behind the net. He then sent a pass from left corner boards to the point for Martinez, who flicked a shot on net that hit off of Chicago's Nick Leddy before floating in past Corey Crawford for the win. Los Angeles will host the New York Rangers in Game 1 on Wednesday when the Stanley Cup Finals begin. The Kings held a 3-1 lead in this series before dropping the next two games to force the deciding contest.
