Flushing, NY – New York Mets third baseman David Wright was out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against Washington because of an injured finger.
Wright bruised his right pinky finger diving back to first base in Monday's win over the Nationals.
He is hitting .583 (7-for-12) with a homer and four runs batted in four games so far this season.
