Ryan Getzlaf scored 1:12 into overtime to give the Anaheim Ducks a 3-2 win over the Edmonton Oilers.

In the extra session, a missed shot by Edmonton saw the puck come all the way out of the zone and Getzlaf caught up to it at the Edmonton blueline. He then cut to the front and slipped a backhander in for the win.

Bobby Ryan and Andrew Cogliano both scored for the Ducks, who snapped a three- game slide. Jeff Deslauriers gave up two goals on 26 shots in the win.

Sam Gagner and Jordan Eberle both scored for the Oilers, who dropped their final four home games of the season. Devan Dubnyk gave up all three goals on 17 shots.

Edmonton scored halfway through the second when Gagner banged in the rebound from the right of the net, but the Ducks scored goals 36 seconds apart later in the second.

The first came at the 17:05 mark when Cogliano danced into the zone down the right wing and beat Dubnyk with a wrister. The Ducks got the next one off a faceoff win that saw Ryan jam it in from in front.

The Oilers tied the game with 6:12 to play as Ryan Nugent-Hopkins knocked the puck over to the slot for Eberle, who went in all alone and made a nifty move to the backhand before sliding it past Deslauriers.
