St. Louis, MO – The St. Louis Blues have activated forward Matt D'Agostini from injured reserve.
D'Agostini had missed the past 25 games after suffering a concussion on February 7 in Ottawa.
In 52 games this season, D'Agostini has nine goals and nine assists.
