The Los Angeles Clippers have re-signed forward Bobby Simmons, whose second 10-day contract expired last Sunday.
Simmons has averaged 3.5 points and 2.7 rebounds in 13 games for the Clippers this season.
The 31-year-old DePaul product also played two seasons for the Clippers from 2003-05. He was the NBA's Most Improved Player during the 2004-05 campaign when he averaged 16.4 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
Simmons has averaged 9.2 points and 3.9 rebounds in 451 games over 10 NBA seasons with Washington, the Clippers, Milwaukee, New Jersey and San Antonio.
