Lakers, Cavs swap four players

The Los Angeles Lakers acquired guard Ramon Sessions and forward Christian Eyenga from the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for forwards Luke Walton and Jason Kapono on Thursday.

Also heading to the shores of Lake Erie will be LA's first-round pick in 2012 and other considerations.

Sessions averaged 10.5 points and 5.2 assists per game this year, while Eyenga has posted 1.5 points and 2.0 rebounds in just under 14 minutes per game over six contests this season.

Walton has played in just nine games this year, with 1.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per contest. Kapono has turned in 2.0 points and 0.5 rebounds in 27 appearances.
