The Bucks and Warriors have reportedly agreed in principle player trade that will land guard Monta Ellis and two more players in Milwaukee and center Andrew Bogut and swingman Stephen Jackson with Golden State.

Yahoo! Sports, citing league sources, said the Bucks will trade Bogut and Jackson for Ellis, forward Ekpe Udoh and injured center Kwame Brown.

The deal is expected to be completed Tuesday night, an executive involved in the trade told Yahoo! Sports.

Ellis is averaging 21.9 points and 6.0 assists in 37 games for Golden State this season while Udoh is averaging 5.5 points and 3.9 rebounds in 38. The Warriors were playing at Sacramento Tuesday night.

Bogut, who has played more than 66 games just once in seven NBA seasons, is currently out with a fractured left ankle. The Australian averaged 11.3 points and 8.3 rebounds in 12 games before going down, while Jackson averages 10.5 points but hasn't played since February 19.
