Flyers' Timonen and Meszaros out indefinitely

Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren announced Sunday that defensemen Kimmo Timonen and Andrej Meszaros will be out indefinitely with lower body injuries.

Timonen has appeared in 63 games with Philadelphia this season, recording two goals, 34 assists and a plus-eight rating.

Meszaros has seven goals, 18 assists and a plus-six rating this season through 62 contests.

Philadelphia, which has been without veteran defenseman Chris Pronger since November, currently sits in fifth place in the Eastern Conference with 77 points.
