WINNIPEG, Manitoba – Ondrej Pavelec made 25 saves and the Winnipeg Jets beat Buffalo 4-1 on Thursday night, extending the Sabres' franchise-record road losing streak to 11 games.
Andrew Ladd, Tobias Enstrom, Tim Stapleton and Nik Antropov scored for Winnipeg, with Enstrom and Stapleton connecting on two of the Jets' four power-play chances.
Drew Stafford scored for Buffalo.
The Jets outshot the Sabres 19-10 in the first period.
Ron Hainsey set up the first goal midway through the period with a slap shot from the point that went in off Ladd for his 16th of the season.
Stafford tied it at 4:18 of the second.
Enstrom put the Jets in front on a power play at 12:55 with his third goal in three games.
Stapleton added his power-play goal early in the third, and Antropov scored with 1:20 to go
