Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph has a 8 weeks.

The injury is not expected to require surgery and Randolph will be re- evaluated in two weeks.

He suffered the tear in the first quarter of Sunday's 104-64 loss to the Chicago Bulls when teammate O.J. Mayo fell into his legs. It was initially thought to be just a bruise, but an MRI exam revealed the extent of the injury.

The 10-year veteran has averaged 14.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.0 assist and 1.3 steals through four games this season.
