Barkley signs new Everton deal

Liverpool, England – Liverpool, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Everton announced Tuesday that the club has signed Ross Barkley to a new deal, tying the midfielder to Goodison Park until 2018.

The 20-year-old thrived under manager Roberto Martinez last season and has been rewarded with a new four-year deal.

Barkley has logged 56 appearances with the Toffees since making his debut against QPR in the 2011-12 season.
