Bruins D McQuaid fined $2,500

New York, NY – The National Hockey League fined Boston Bruins defenseman Adam McQuaid $2,500 on Thursday.

The 25-year-old was docked for kneeing Ottawa Senators forward Nick Foligno during Wednesday's game. McQuaid was given a major for kneeing and a game misconduct on the play, which occurred at 17:45 of the first period.
