Sabres' Leino suspended 1 game

New York, NY – Buffalo Sabres forward has been suspended one game for elbowing Philadelphia's Matt Read in Wednesday's game.

Leino caught the rookie forward on an unpenalized hit at the 1:32 mark of the third period.
