The Buffalo Bills have placed wide ending injured reserve.

Jones aggravated a left ankle injury in Sunday's 35-8 loss to the Dolphins.

The speedy second-year receiver caught 23 passes for 231 yards and one touchdown in eight games this season.

McGee, 31, injured his left knee against the Dolphins and underwent surgery on Monday.

He has appeared in just six games -- all starts -- this season after suffering a hamstring injury in a season-opening win over the Chiefs.

The Bills signed former Raiders receiver Derek Hagan and promoted rookie receiver Kamar Aiken from the practice squad.

Additionally, the club signed defensive back Prince Miller and re-signed guard Keith Williams to the practice squad.
