Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price, Edouard Vlasic and Philadelphia Flyers forward Matt Read have been named the NHL's 'Three Stars' for the week ending November 20.

Price earned First Star honors after recording a pair of shutouts in his three starts last week. The first whitewash came at the expense of the Carolina Hurricanes last Wednesday, when he stopped 25 shots in a 4-0 decision. His second clean sheet happened on Saturday, another 4-0 victory during which he needed to make only 17 saves.

Vlasic took the Second Star by totaling seven points (1G, 6A) with a plus- seven rating in three games. His finest performance of the season occurred on Friday, with a goal and three assists as San Jose downed Detroit by a 5-2 margin.

Read, an early candidate for rookie of the year, earned Third Star honors with a four-goal, five-point performance in three games last week. He posted the game-winner with 18.6 seconds to play in a 2-1 win over Phoenix on Thursday and followed up with a pair of third-period scores in a 6-4 loss at Winnipeg on Saturday.
