Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals despite reports that he will miss the game with a foot injury.

Lewis, who missed practice all week, has a toe injury, the extent of which was confirmed by a specialist he visited in South Florida, the Carroll County Times reported on Thursday.

The newspaper also stated that Lewis is "definitely expected" to miss Sunday's key AFC North game.

Long a cornerstone of Baltimore's vaunted defense, the normally durable Lewis hasn't missed a game since the 2007 season.

Lewis, 36, has 68 tackles, two sacks and an interception in nine games for first-place Baltimore this season, his 16th in the NFL.

Lewis' possible replacement, linebacker Dannell Ellerbe, is also questionable with a thigh injury. Wide receiver Lee Evans (ankle) is questionable

Defensive tackle Art Jones (head) and running back Anthony Allen (thigh) have been ruled out.
