Lubbock, TX –  James White scored one of four rushing ranked Texas Tech, 7, in Big 12 action.

White finished with 138 yards on 30 carries while Duran Hollis, Jared Barnett and Jeff Woody all had scores on the ground for the Cyclones (4-4, 1-4 Big 12), who put the brakes on a four-game slide.

Iowa State racked up 368 yards on the ground and controlled the ball for over 40 minutes while Barnett also threw a score and went 13-for-25 with 145 yards for Iowa State.

Seth Doege went 16-for-32 with 171 yards and had a touchdown on the ground, but was also picked off twice for the Red Raiders (5-3, 2-3), who have lost three of their last four.
