Walker re-signs with Idaho Stampede

Former NBA All-Star Antoine Walker has re-signed with the Idaho Stampede of the NBA Development League.

Walker, who played 12 seasons in the NBA, averaged 16.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 43 games with the Stampede last season.

The 35-year-old forward said he couldn't wait to get back to Boise.

"It's a great place to live and I'm hoping I can help this team made the playoffs and win a championship -- we've got some unfinished business to tend to," Walker said in a statement.

Walker was a three-time All-Star in the NBA, playing more than seven of his seasons with the Boston Celtics.

He averaged 17.5 points in 893 NBA games and won a title with the Miami Heat in 2006. He last played in the NBA in 2007-08 with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
