University of Houston quarterback Case Keenum set another NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision record on Thursday night against Rice.
Keenum surpassed former Texas Tech quarterback Graham Harrell's record for career passing touchdowns with a 41-yard TD strike to Charles Sims in the third quarter. The touchdown pass was Keenum's fifth of the game, giving him 135 for his career.
During last weekend's 63-28 rout of Marshall, Keenum passed former Hawaii star Timmy Chang's career total offense mark and surpassed former Central Michigan QB Dan Lefevour's TD's accounted for record.
