Nick Watney, seeking his third win of the under 64 and vault into a tie for first after the third round of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.

Watney sits tied with Kevin Na atop the leaderboard at 17-under 196 after 54 holes at TPC Summerlin. It's the fifth time Watney has held at least a share of the third-round lead, going on to win twice, including this year at AT&T National.

The 30-year-old Watney is riding the momentum from playing in each of the four FedEx Cup Playoff events, although he struggled last week in a 26th-place finish (out of 30). However, with two of his four career wins coming in 2011, Watney has surged to 11th in the world rankings.

Na, who shot a five-under 66 and held a piece of the 36-hole lead, is still seeking his first win on the PGA Tour and holds a share of the third-round lead for only the second time. He lost in a playoff to Geoff Ogilvy at the 2005 Chrysler Classic Tucson in the other instance where he held a late advantage.

Kris Blanks (66) and Robert Garrigus (63) are lurking one shot back at 16- under 197, while Tim Herron (67), Tommy Gainey (64) and Paul Goydos (66) share fifth at minus-15.

Three players shared the lead coming into the day, but two faltered on Saturday. Jhonattan Vegas managed only a two-under 69 and shares eighth at 14- under, while Charlie Wi stumbled to a one-over 72 and slipped into a share of 22nd at minus-11.
