Chicago Sky center Sylvia Fowles headlines the Defensive Team.

Fowles, who earned this season's defensive player of the year, is joined on the First Team by Indiana forward Tamika Catchings, Seattle guard Tanisha Wright, Atlanta forward Angel McCoughtry and Minnesota forward Rebekkah Brunson

Catchings, Fowles, McCoughtry and Wright were each First Team members last season, with Brunson making her first All-Defensive team.

This year's Second Team consists of Atlanta guard Armintie Price and forward Sancho Lyttle, Connecticut center Tina Charles, Indiana guard Katie Douglas and Seattle forward Swin Cash.

A panel of the WNBA's 12 head coaches voted on the All-Defensive Team, with two points for a First Team selection and one point for a Second Team choice.
