Miami, FL – The Florida Marlins have placed pitcher Leo Nunez on the restricted list.
The reliever is returning to the Dominican Republic to attend to personal matters and will miss the club's remaining six games.
The right-hander is 1-4 with a 4.06 earned run average in 68 relief appearances for Florida this season. He also has a career-high 36 saves.
