The Buffalo Bills waived 22 players, injured and one on injured-reserve on Saturday to get man roster.

Among the notable players cut were cornerback Reggie Corner, center Geoff Hangartner, tight end Shawn Nelson and wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt.

Corner had appeared in 44 games for the Bills since being drafted by the club in 2008. Nelson, a former fourth round pick in 2009, battled through injuries, suspensions and a migraine condition he has dealt with the past two seasons.

Hangartner was the starting center for the Bills the past two seasons, before losing his starting spot to Eric Wood.

Roosevelt, a Buffalo native, made the team's practice squad as an undrafted free agent in 2010 and made six starts on the active roster last season for the Bills.

Buffalo also announced that safety Jon Corto, receiver Felton Huggins, linebacker Jammie Kirlew, and tackle Ed Wang have been placed on the waived/injured list and running back Bruce Hall has been placed on injured reserve.

In addition to those moves, the following players have been waived: long- snapper Danny Aiken, receiver Kamar Aiken, quarterback Levi Brown, fullback Jehuu Caulcrick, tight end Mike Caussin, linebacker Antonio Coleman, receiver Craig Davis, defensive end Lionel Dotson, defensive back Sidney Glover. linebacker Brandon Hicks, guard Cordaro Howard, nose tackle Michael Jasper, defensive end T.J. Langley, cornerback Doyle Miller, defensive back Joshua Nesbitt, center Michael Switzer, tackle Jason Watkins and offensive lineman Mansfield Wrotto.
