Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals was almost a mirror image of Game 3. The Pittsburgh Penguins jumped out to yet another 2-0 lead with the help of familiar names like Tyler Kennedy and Arron Asham.

With the threat of trailing the series 3-1, Martin St. Louis scored late in the second period to give the Lightning life before Sean Bergenheim tied the game, 2-2, with under five minutes remaining.

In double overtime, the Penguins would finally break through and take a 3-1 series lead back to Pittsburgh when James Neal scored his first goal of the playoffs from a sharp angle.
