SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - The San Jose Sharks lost more than the first two games in the Western Conference final during a lost trip to Vancouver. They also lost their composure.

If the Sharks are going to find a way to battle back into this series when it shifts to San Jose for Game 3 on Friday night, they will have to stay out of the penalty box and get back to the hard work that helped them win the first two rounds.

It's a scenario that is familiar to the Canucks, who blamed a lack of composure for their own second-round exit against Chicago a year ago and are enjoying watching their opponent unravel for a change.

San Jose got called for 44 minutes in penalties in the final 21 minutes of a 7-3 loss in Game 3. They allowed three power-play goals overall as they struggled to keep up with the high-flying Canucks.
